ANYONE MUST FOLLOW THAT THE LEAKAGE CURRENT MUST NOT
GREATER THAN 1ma FROM PHASE TO GROUND.
SO
IR (MIN)= 11000/.0001=11MOHMS

Actually as the capacity of motor increase IR value
decreases.I am not exact correct but it should be less than
1 ohm
