Cables covered by IS 1554 have inner as well as an outer
sheath and steel armouring while covered by IS 694 have only
one sheath and no armouring.

IS 1554 have Inner in multi cores with Armouring process but in IS 694 there is not an Inner sheath & Armouring .

I have 11KV/415V power distribution transformer. I have found unbalance current in LT (415V) side. Also observed that unbalance voltage (3V) at LV side due to HV side unbalance voltage. What should I check for this? Also, the same LV side load can run in balance on captive power.
