No because faulty battery bank both rod or plates are melt
we also called it might be short. so if we connect the
faulty battery bank into parallel connection with healthy
battery it will be discharge through the faulty battery.

No we could not arraneg a faulty and a healthey battery bank togather in a parallel. Because it consume more energy but backup remain the same. Result energy lost.
