the clock whilst latches are level_ triggered and the state
of output is determined by the inputs

in my opinion flipflop work in the principal of time
duration by the help of clock where as latches are not and
latches are temperary buffer which hold the information
when they are switch on and flipflop is a signal which
transfer data and informatio and they are not effected or
not changed until next signal is change
