IN STAR CONNECTION THE VOLTAGE IS REDUCED TO SQRT(3),SO
THERE IS REDUCTION IN VOLTAGE & PROVIDES SAFE STARTING

iT ALSO DEPENDS ON THE SYSTEM FAULT LEVEL OTHERWISE EVERY
ONE USING DOL STARTER.IF THE FAULT LEVEL IS WELL SUFFICIENT
U CAN USE DOL STARTER.
