with out insert the rotor. How much current will flow
through the stater winnding?

The motor will react as a transformer with no secondary
windings.How much current will flow depends on the impedence
of the coil

when 3-phase supply feed to the stator of induction motor
without rotor than than stator works as R-Lload and total
current flow into the stator will depend on the reactance
because resistance is also negligable.
