is depend other

whenever the resistance is constant, current is directly
propotional to the voltage.ie,(V=IR).whenever the power is
constant, current is inversely propotional to voltage.ie,
(P=VI).
and for the second part of the que, answer is,
current is the flow of electrons,so inorder to make the
electrons flow,we need a force to move them in a particular
direction.this force is called electromagnetic force.the
voltage is the emf that moves all th electrons to
constitute current,so current depends on the voltage.

relation between voltage and current is P=VI where voltage
is inversely propotional to the current for constant power.
if power is constant, with respect to the phase the voltage
is also constant. so, according to the load current varies
with in the rated power. so voltage is independent on
current and current varies with respect to load with some
rated power. so current depends on the voltage.

the above answers are exactly correct. i wanted to give a
clear explanation in non technical form.
the magnitude of the stored charges i.e. electrons is
can be called as voltage.and the flow of electrons is
current.
for example the amount of water contains in a tank can be
treated as voltage. and the flow of water through pipeline
is current.
the water flow in pipeline depends on the amount of water
remains in the tank.thereby current is depends on the
voltage...

1. I inversely proportional to voltage at constant power in circuit.
P=VI
2. according to ohm's law current is directly proportional to voltage at constant resistance of conductor.
Ans of 2nd part-
flow of electrons(current) depends upon the applied electromagnetic force(emf or voltage).

aS PER OHM LAW V I IS DIRECTLY PERPOSNATION TO V ,BECAUSE
VOLTAGE IS DUE TO CURRENT NOT CURRENT IS DUE TO
VOLTAGE ,WHEN CURRENT INCREASING ONLY VOLTAGE INCRESES BUT
WHEN VOLTAGE INCRESES NOT NESSESESRY TO INCRESE THE CURRENT
