whenever the resistance is constant,current is directly
propotional to the voltage.ie,(V=IR).whenever the power is
constant,current is inversely propotional to voltage.ie,
(P=VI).
and for the second part of the que,answer is,
current is the flow of electrons,so inorder to make the
electrons flow,we need a force to move them in a particular
direction.this force is called electromagnetic force.the
voltage is the emf that moves all th electrons to
constitute current,so current depends on the voltage.
