2815In RTU Panel we are having several Analogue & Digital Inputs /Outputs. We are recently facing some problems over Analog inputs , which are not updating properly (But Digital Input are updating normally) Can any one tell me from where the problem is creating , we have checked PLC CPU card, Analog Input card & we reconfigured ,But still the issue is there. Issue : 1. Sometimes Analog values are updating & sometimes not. 2. Analog values are not updating normally , showing some wrong Values 3. Total dead (0 value) Analog values are Level & flow measurement from the field instruments. (But in field the instruments are working normally & Displaying the values normally in local display unit) This problem we are facing in our Water Plant. If any one experienced this same problem or having any ideas related to our issue PLS send your valuable Answers/Replies...

6 9000.We want to compare the performance of a single threaded disk server with a multithreaded 1. Suppose the server takes 25 ms to receive a request for work from client, dispatch the request for processing and actual data request processing when reqd. Data is in main memory. If the reqd. Data is not in the main memory a real disk operation is needed and an additional 75 ms are reqd. On the average. On the average 25% of the clients requests access the disk. During the disk I/O period the thread waits. Assume that there is no other process in system when the server is running. How many requests can the server handle per second if its a)single threaded b)multithreaded
1 2050A thread has to access the address space of all other threads in the same process and can therefore mess up the stacks of other threads. Why is this not a protection problem? Could the same be allowed to occur for processes, e.g. one process writing data into the stack of other.
