In 1st angle object is assumed to be placed in 1st quadrent
(i.e. object is between plane of projection and the
observer)as a result Top view is below Front View, Left
Side View is on the the right of FV and Right side view is
on the left of FV.

In 3rd angle Object is assumed to be placed in 3rd quadrent
(i.e plane is between object and observer) as a resut TV is
above FV and Left Side View is on the left of the FV and
Right side view is on the Right of FV
