why not? every product has its own market and there must be
a vergin market for every product. so it does not matter if
the product fails...if needed i'll chage the composition of
the marketing mix according to the market reqirement and my
product will be a hit.

yes i can sale the product in this situation i utilise the
concept of crocodile marketing(fake marketing),ultimately i
have to pass this to my customer i can add some additional
features(actually which is not in the product),another way
is that if the product is fail then i can utilise the
concept of reverse logistic(product or package design in
such a way that the product can reuse and recycle)by given
this product free with any other product.

yes i do ,i would look for the reason and views from the
customer ,definetly the customer gives the right
information what is lacking and then making right product
with new features.I believe grass-root customer information
helps for development of product.

Yes i can, according to me a product can never be failed
untill we count it in scrap. i will search the past
stratigies of company and check the steps of product
lonching, target customer ect. than i target a perticular
segment of buyers by creating confidance in company, in the
product, and also provide good after sale services. i will
also appoint sale channels with higher commisions than
compititors. Also oblise the old users by providing free
services and discounted spareparts. i am sure it will help
in selling any product but it will take some time
because "ROME can't built in a day".

If the product fails, it means it's not able to fulfill the
customer's needs, the other case may be it may be able to
fulfill the desired consumer needs but we might not be able
to communicate this to our prospective customers,,,
the strategy in the first case would be to incorporate
desired benefits into product which attract customers...the
strategy for next case would be to communicate the benefits
which attract customers.
Ex- Horlicks if communicates itself as best health drink for
women may not be appealing but when it says, we know women
health better then it appeals it benefits directly

Answer / dharmendar singh`
any salesman who is having a good knowledge about the
product advantage and disadvantages , he can surely sell
that product.
but the problem comes after sales then what, it should have
aproper channel between sales and service. this failure
products we can sell to selected customers . if it is
direct marketing it is ok but, if it relates to dealer
matter we should have atleast service for that product.
it effects our future buisness, but we shoud take a risk.
as we know products are made to be service.

Answer / mohsin s. shaikh
Yes. The product if failed because it has some negative
quality which is not useful to the customer. But as you can
highlight the good quality as much as you can and hide the
negative thing, and their may be some other add on like
price discount, free offers and free demo which will
attract the customers. And after all last but not least
your salesman ship. You call sell anything in this world
but you should be good salesman.
