is high voltage or high current is danger

Answer / mu
if u touch 12V DC charger u won't fill any shock, however u
touch 230V & if you are grounded then u will get shock.
when u touch 11000V line to line with your body, it will
burn in seconds.
so the most important in KVA rating of any source to get
shocked, but voltage plays a vital role to become dangerous.
High current depends on load capability to drag it, if you
are touching any voltage with body & U r grounded then if
your resistance is more than VA rating of source then you
wont get shock.

High Current dangerous ,but high current only will flow and depend upon potential difference.

Both are dangerous.High voltage damage our heart and when
high current passing through our body it will burns our body.

Answer / argha
we know V=IR ,i.e i=V/R
its clear that i proportional to V and vice verca .
so the main thing is the potential difference i.e v.
*human body can tolerate 5 mA current .more then that is the
causes death.
** the resistance if body is between 50-500 ohm.
so greater V causes Greater I .so both are dengarous.

High voltage bcos current depends upon
the voltage & resistance

Answer / shokenyu
Certainily High Voltage is dangerous
there are chanses that may survive a 230 v shock but u wont
survive at 22o KV.
| Is This Answer Correct ? | 6 Yes | 6 No |
Human body reacts to the current. The amount of damage will depend on the amount of current. However amount of current is directly proportional to the voltage. So high current is dangerous to human body bot it is caused due to high voltage or low body resistance(wet body condition)

Answer / satendra
It's High current . . . because of the I^2*R losses. And
these losses will occur in the outer skin and inner body.
While if i touch a 22kV line nothing will happen untill i
am not grounded.
