we know V=IR ,i.e i=V/R
its clear that i proportional to V and vice verca .
so the main thing is the potential difference i.e v.
*human body can tolerate 5 mA current .more then that is the
causes death.
** the resistance if body is between 50-500 ohm.
so greater V causes Greater I .so both are dengarous.
