if u touch 12V DC charger u won't fill any shock, however u
touch 230V & if you are grounded then u will get shock.
when u touch 11000V line to line with your body, it will
burn in seconds.
so the most important in KVA rating of any source to get
shocked, but voltage plays a vital role to become dangerous.
High current depends on load capability to drag it, if you
are touching any voltage with body & U r grounded then if
your resistance is more than VA rating of source then you
wont get shock.
