If we give the 440 V supply at secondary winding of the
transformer then what will affect at primary winding???????

no thing will affect. if it is a step down transformer, now
it work as a step up

As per no. of tern wheter it is higher than secondary or
less on that basis it will give the the value of voltage.
And there will be no any effect on it .it will simply give
the voltage transformation accordingly the no. of terns.

1)If 1:1 transformer nothing will happen to the transformer
up to its rated KVA.
2)If it is primary to secondary 440/"X" Transformer
secondary winding will fail noting will affect to primary.
3) If it is primary to secondary "X"/440V Transformer noting
will happened to secondary and induce voltage as "X" in the
primary.

transformer is step up or dowm voltege.so no effect in
secondary . now its work as step down transformer.
