A dynamo is an electrical generator that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy by using Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. It consists of a rotor and a stator, with windings arranged to create a magnetic field when the rotor spins.nIn a Diesel Generator (DG), the engine drives the rotor which turns inside the stator windings, creating an alternating current (AC) output. The AC is then rectified into direct current (DC) using diodes or other rectifying components for specific applications.nThe primary function of a dynamo in a DG is to generate electrical power from mechanical energy provided by the engine.

If a 3 phase transformer is a 500 kva using the formulae 500kva= 500000/433 x 1.732 = 666.71amps does this mean that each phase on the secondary side is 666.71
