PRIMARY SALES MEANS WHEN AN ORGANISATION SELL THEIR PRODUCTS TO THE CHANNEL PARTNER OR DISTRIBUTORS.
SECONDARY SALES MEANS WHEN AN ORGANISATION SELL THE PRODUCT TO THE RETAILERS (DEALERS).IF THE PRODUCT SELL TO END USERS THEN IT IS CALLED TERRITIARY.

PRIMARY SALE:- When the organization sale or billed the product to the channel partners that is called primary sale.
for example- company dispatch 100 tone cement to the channel partner but channel partner pay the amount of the product only 50 tone. so primary sale is 50 tone not 100 tone.
SECONDARY SALE:- When the dealer/ distributor sale/ flow of the product to the end users direct or through the retailers is called secondary sale.
