We could not link two universes which have different
databases. Designer will not allow to link them by using
the parameter option. Here we can link the universe who
have same database.

in boxi r/2, by using businessviewmanager(window based
tool)we can retrive the data from two databases.

Create report by taking 1st query from 1st universe. Then 'Add Query' and select 2nd Universe there. This will give you data from two different universes. This works even if the two universes are pointing to different database connections.

i have a solution like, v can create two universes from two databases and then link the universes. By using the link option in universe parameters. Then we can sync the data in report based on common object.
