for example if i take year and state prompts in query
filters then to fix the order of prompts go
for "Properties" tab there u will find a option "prompt
order".
2. In query filter go for "Prompt properties" (question
mark symbol) the you have an option "Set Default values".
check it and give a value

1) In View Menu > Click on "Field Explorer"
Which shows "[?] Parameter Fields"
Right click on it and select "Set Parameter Order" and
change the parameter order using "up arrow" and "down
arrow" symbol available within the wizard and click ok.

2) In View Menu > Click on "Field Explorer"
Which shows "[?] Parameter Fields"
Right click and "Edit" the parameter for which you want to
set the default value.
In the wizard you will have "Value Options" there you can
find "Default Value" and beside that there will
be "Settings" put the desired value there and click on OK.
