. In production reports, some dimensions are missing. how do
you load these dimensions in production

IN PRODUCTION WE SHOULD NOT ADD ANY OBJECTS. WE HAVE TO DO
THE MODIFICATIONS IN DEVELOPMENT BOX

It may be the case where we have added few objects in the universe to create a particular report and we have deployed the report in production but forgot to deploy latest universe in PROD.
So make sure that you deploy the latest universe first from UAT to PROD and then deploy report and try to refresh the same
