when birds seating in HT line does not get shock because of
not a complete loop. if two birds seat on HT line and they
touch one another then they will shock,

all concepts wrong. here is the right explanation. the sin
wave goes up and down up and down periodically. when a bird
sits on the line it is so small that it is well within the
crusts and troughs. but man is big and hence gets a shock
if standing on ground.

For HT lines the conductor to ground distance will be
28m(33KV)and above. If a man hangs from this conductor, the
transmission will be short circuited through his body to the
ground.
