If person hangs in HT line (single hand or both hands) does
he get shock?

when birds seating in HT line does not get shock because of
not a complete loop. if two birds seat on HT line and they
touch one another then they will shock,
and a person touches the line He get shock becouse of a
human body is a complete loop so he get shock.
