Every engine needs air/fuel mixture to create power. The
more air/fuel mixture in the cylinder, the more power it
can produce. Air is sucked in from the atmosphere and mixed
with fuel. The air/fuel mixture is let in through the
intake valves into the cylinder. Compression and ignition
occurs and the exhaust gases are let out through the
exhaust valves.

The turbocharger increases the density of air entering the
engine to create more power. A turbocharger has the
compressor powered by a turbine which is driven by the
engine's own exhaust gases rather than direct mechanical drive.

Turbocharger is driven by pressure built in exhaust manifold as it drives impeller and on other end of shaft another impeller sucks extra air n supply to intake manifold so more air in intake manifold and if on other side U increase fuel supply...result would be higher BHP from engine.
