Usually for the same transformer, you will get a higher
rating with forced cooling than with the normal cooling.

transformer and the rating can be up to any VA or KVA or MVA.
Cooling of Transformer is not related with KVor VA. It is
only for the best efficiency of transformer. Cooling fan and
other cooling arranement to keep winding cool and To load
the transformer up to its maximun capacity.

when we r using 3.5 cable for a bldg. and put laod on each phase using the neutral and neutral is the return paht for the phase so the current of the neutral must be Ir+Ib+iY (return).But the size of the netural is .5 as comper to the phase.
