SALES:Whenever a Customer Wants to Buy Sommething, then the Seller Give That Perticular Product Without Giving Any Infomation, any Discount,Or Any Offer To That Product Then This Process Is Called Sales.
MARKETING:Marketing Means To highlighted The Products With a very Attractive Discounts,Offers,Gift Vouchers,Lucky Draw Coupns anD All That....
So In a Nutshell I Would Like 2 Say,The Purpose Of Sell Is to Sell the product without taking the feedback of the customers,But In Mareting It Is Very Necessary to know the feedback of the customers,Satisfaction or Disatisfaction.

To sell is to market a product or service; but to market is
not only to sell but also includes a lot more aids to sell
than the actual sales alone.

Sale is the process of converting a product or service in to
satisfaction, which is the end process,
But marketing is the beginning of that process.

Answer / mohamed razak

To me "the term sales means " convincing other party to agree to our idea " it could be a product, idea, proposal, action etc.

In this context, kindly find note the examples:-

(1) A father convincing his kid to go to park instead of
movie is a salesman
(2) A politician addresses to the public making them to vote
for him explaining his candidature is a salesman
(3) A typical salesman showing his product and convinces the
buyer to agree to his (his company's) terms, to buy a
product - is a salesman
(4) A husband convinces his wife to buy a saree instead of
an expensive gold ornament - is a salesman

Marketing means - how to make the public to buy your product.
