LT - Low Tension (Low Voltage)
It depend on our reference voltage...It means our system is
440KV than we say 33KV & 11KV &3.3KV are LT for our System.
If our system is based on 11KV (Higest Voltage of System)
then 3.3KV & 415V is LT for based voltage.

LT refers Low Tension. Its range is as follows....
1) For Single Phase it is 240V and
2) For Three Phase it is 415V as per Indian standards.
