To check the earth condition (In plug points); the voltage
between earth and Neutral is in below 5 volts. Is it

Yes, this is right if earthing condition is good . than the
voltage b/t earth and nutral is less than 5 volt . in
moutain aria , it is about to less than 8 volt .

the earth condition depend upon soil condition ,
automosphere condition ,life of earth pit and regularty of
filling water in earh pit chamber.

Earthing depend of area of humidity.Costa area 5volt is ok but dry area 8volt is ok.
