There is a new software called as ESTEEM that can analyse,
design, draw the beam, slab, column, footing, piles details
automatically + cost estimation.
This software cover BS 8110 code, ACI and some other codes.

Structures are designed by Working stress method with safty
factor 3.0 also by Ultimate load theory with safty factor
2.0 But Limit state method of Design having safty factor
1.25 Hence the design software developed by Limit state
method are economic confirming to IS456 i/c sesmic effect
