If bubbles are there then the flow meter will show erratic
reading. Best way to get an errorless reading is to have a
air release valve in the upstream side of the flow meter so
that these bubbles can be removed from the line before
entering into FM.

Ther will be Fluctuation in the reading. avoid this
condition bring down the Transmitter below Datum line or
Process connection(impulse line)

In 16' pipeline one pcv is installed which is controlled by PT installed at inlet of PCV.If Flowrate in pipeline increases what will happen to pressure at the inlet of pcv.
