HOW GENERATING END VOLTAGE LEVEL (6.6 KV/ 10.5 KV/ 11 KV/ 13.5 KV) DECIDED IN POWER PLANT. ON WHAT FACTORS THE GENERATING END VOLTAGE DECIDED, & WHAT IS THE CALCULATION USED FOR THIS.
