Max Trans voltage in india is onnly 400kV as on 01-12-2010.
Now POWERGRID has given orders for construction of 765kV S/S
and Trans.Lines. and also POWERGRID has successfully done
testing of 1200kV. May be after few years we will see 1200kV
transmission lines and S/S's. i'm from POWERGRID.
