what are the types used for alternator earthing, what will
happen if more than two alternator is working in
parallel with each having own system earthing.is there any
possibility for circulating current in between two system.

The earths of each alternator must not be connected at the
same time because this will result in third harmonic
current flowing causing excessive heating. The earth should
be switched so that only one earth is connected to ground

if two alternators running parallel and both alternators
neutral grounded by one earthing strip, there is chance of
circulating current. because the unbalanced current flow
through the neutral of one alt.to second alt.by the neutral.
if both alternators earthing is separate , then no chance
of circulating current.

the two types of earthing is used: 1. pipe type earthing
2. sheet type earthing
NOTHING WILL HAPPEN WHEN TWO ALTERNATORS ARE WORKING
PARALLEL WITH EACH HAVING ITS OWN EARTHING.
NO THERES NO POSIBILITY OF CURRENT CIRCULATION.

how to calculate the current carrying capacity of a 25 & 16 kva distribution transformer.
Why we Specify Transformer rating 433 V Instead of 415V ?
need to make a report. Need to choose a 3phase induction motor. Load conditions motor will operate in : Maximum Load: 30 Kw Speed: 2950 rpm Ambient temp: 20 cent Supply voltage: 440V Frequency: 50Hz need to look for the safety factor when choosing the motor, went through catalouge found a few, but dont know how to choose the safety factor allowing an extra load something above 30 KW to avoid any harm.
