customer base and imply specific marketing activities
(positioning , advertising,promotion) which will help us to
create deisre in the customers mind to attract them.

our competators and also identify the stengths and
weaknesses of the product. Apply some new stratergies to
competate with our competators and we can promote and
create a demand for our product. (For Example: Attractive
packaging for the product and providing offers and
discounts).

find the cause of this fall in demand and we have to rework
out our strategy as well as the market segments where to
put our product, with creating awareness among the
potential segments of the market in terms of advertising
and providing some offers with them ( as required)

i would first analyse the reason behind the decline in
demand and if it was found that the customers are not
comfortable using it or there are few strategic blunders
then steps will be taken to rectify those gaps and remarket
the product in the market again like by creating awareness
about the product, giving discounts and offers and the
like.

draw customer attention,we must go through the root cause
for decline in demand and will look forward to strategically
reposition our product in to the minds of the desired and
the targeted customers(Customer Mapping).moreover it`s like
offering a milk to a child who won`t like drinking milks so
what do mothers do to feed him,simple they just add Any
other Nutritious substance to it which attracts
his/her,relating it with today`s competitive telecom sector
scenario where each and every player is trying his best to
gain an edge over it`s competitor,
cut-throat competition has really tighten the profit margins
for the company like 4 new renowned international players r
entering in to the indian sector one f whom had already
