The only real limitations on a transformer are overvoltage
and heating. Using the transformer to step up instead of
step down will make no difference. However, the protection
relay settings for this transformer, and some other parts
of the network, will need to be changed.

it says in neutral wire current flows under normal condition, but when we put tester it wont glow, why?
