Can someone tell me the related topics or helping books for the hpcl interview questions (for engineer graduates..)
Let me give you my personal opinion. In this oil industry... Govt, jobs are not advisable.
1. You cant design your carrier path
2. In Oil & Gas industry there are at least more than 50 positions available for specially Mech. engineers starting from exploration to final refined clean production. It will take at least 3 days to cover this topic.
3. Most of our Mech students are ignorant about there carrier path, towards there core subject. No colleges give them proper guidance to design students carrier.
4. Simple schools these days advt. that they provide foundation for IIT, but why can't engineering colleges provide the same foundation for students carrier.
5. If anyone interested in oil & gas industry contact me at prasad.saee@gmail.com

My vendor filled liquid oxygen in our 11000 liter capacity tank. He filled from 1400 MMWC up to 3200 MMWC. I followed the provided conversion table and found that we had been supplied 1800 MMWC liquid which is going to yield 2815 cubic meter. On the other hand, the vendor claims that he supplied as follows:- 5236 cub mtr(3200 MMWC)-2124 cub mtr(1400MMWC) = 3112 cub mtr. I fear that he wants to charge 297 cubic meters extra. He claims that my method was wrong and his was right. He says that this disparity is because of the conical shape of the base of the flask. I will be thankful if somebody can explain me the truth.
