OPC server is used to hook up or share the information
across third Party DCS into the EXISTING DCS.

For Eg. I want to have CS3000 (Yokogawa) sharing some
information exchange on EXPERION PKS ( Honeywell ) System,
I will Need OPC integrator for the same.

OPC stands for “ OLE for Process control” , again OLE
stands for “Object Linking and Embedding” , to link the
different objects from different user and make it used or
available in DCS for process a task, OPC server is used.

i have used level transmitter in starch cooking preparation tank. tank total height 2mtr.sometime LT display shows some error value when tank is fully empty and diaphragm side i already checked okay no problem in diaphragm area. field cable checked 24volt and mA shows correct value while tank empty mA is 4mA. 4mA i needed that 0% but display showing 10% or 15% percentage values are varying continously please give any good solution for me.....

why 4ma show higher zero ? i have transmiter flow renge 0-1000 m3/h but 4 ma show in monitoring 200 m3/h and 20 ma show 1000 m3/h i want when 4ma show 0 m3/h and 20ma 1000m3/h
