You can use Type2 coordination table to find out the
contactor rating and OLR rating.
Normally the OLR should be set at the Full load current
rating of the motor. Hence the OLR may be selected such that
the motor flc lie in the mid range of the relay span

Usually we are using any protective divece/conducter 1.5
time of higher side.then Contactor Carrying Capacity Will
be-80amp and Over Load relay Capaciry wil be-80 Amp and its
over load setting will be-30 amp as per (LI/1.732)

as 30kw is rating flc=52 bmr relay setting will be 50 as it
should be slightly less than flc,contactor should be more
than flc but it depends upon the application coupling
