free refers to free input as opposed toconstrained,which
means that the end user must choose a value suggested by the
prompt

5th parametre in @prompt function
"Free":users can select the values from existing list of values or if users know,they can enter (or) type their own value in the box appeared above the lov's.it will not appear for the users,if u make it as constrained at universe level.
"Constrained":users should have to select from the list of values.at this time no box will be appeared for typing our own value.
