SO IT MIGHT NOT HELP MY CAREER AS WELL AS TO ORGNIZATION TO

There i was in a bench position, they may extend it upto
some more months , but i need work to expose my knowledge in
briefly. and for better prospectous i have to change..rest
and all everything fine in my current company

I joined the previous organisation to grow and to express
my ideas. But when i realised the job is inhibiting my
growth.I thought it would be better to leave rather than to
stick to it

I AM WORKING PASSED 2 YEARS IN SO AND SO CONSERN STILL I
COULD NOT GET HIGH BETTER I AM LOOKING FOR OTHER JOB DUE TO
OUR FAMILY SITIVATUVAN NEXT YEAR I AM GOING TO MARRIAGE I
HAVE SO MANY RESPONSIBILITY MY CURRENT SALARY I NOT
SATISIFIED.
