How to convert binary to excess 3 code and vice verse?
Answer / Amit Kumar Maurya
To convert binary to Excess-3 code, subtract 3 from each binary digit (0 becomes -3, 1 becomes -1, and 2 stays as 2). To convert Excess-3 code back to binary, add 3 to each code value. In Excess-3 code, all possible values are represented, allowing for efficient encoding and decoding of data.
