current when capacitor bank breaker close?

As we know that Electrical is having two type of load,
Active and Reactive.Capacitor is a reactive load,Which is
not considering as a load,& its factor is Isin@.Meter is
design based on Current RMS value.Because of it, Meter is
showing the current RMS value.

the capacitor bank takes a current to charging thier
plates .the ampare meter shoing this current & also there
are some dielectric loss

capacitor is a leading kvar generator.name plate of the
capacitor bank gives the current details also.it is not
taking the load(amps) from the mains and it is giving
reactive load to the mains.that load shows in am meter.

If i am not wrong than what rama wants to convey is that as
capaitor is a KVAR generator the ampere shown in the
ammeter is the load actual consumped more by the sys if
the capacitor bank is not there,please correct if i am
wrong.

dear all, in motor operation , motor is of 100 hp and bimetal relay setting is 130 amp, if relay is getting tripped on 120 amp balance current what can be the reason? Relay is newly replaced. I dont know but is there any frequency effect in thit case? Can frequency variation affect bimetal relay operation?
