At constant temparature current through the coductor is
directly proposnal to potential and inversly proposnal to
resistance is called ohms law (physicaly condision)
v=i*r
i=v/r
r=v/i

At the constant temperature voltage is directly proporational
to current and universly proportional to Resistance is
called Ohm's law
I=V/R
where v= voltage
I= current
R= Resistance
