SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is used for large-scale, geographically dispersed industrial processes, such as power plants or water treatment facilities. BMS (Building Management System) is used for managing and monitoring building systems like heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, security, etc.
