What is difference between secondary Air & Tertiary Air and Their use.?
Answer / Rishi Pal Singh
Secondary air is introduced into a furnace or combustion chamber after the primary fuel-air mixture has been burned. It helps complete the combustion process by providing additional oxygen, reducing emissions, and increasing efficiency. Tertiary air is an additional supply of air injected into the flue gas stream to further oxidize harmful pollutants like NOx and CO before they exit the stack.
