i have 3, 75hp motors and 10, 15 hp motors....and to run this motors continously with a generator how much rating(kva) of generator will suiteble....?

Your total load is 153.75 HP
153.75*746= 114.6975 KW
KVA = KW/P.F
=114.6975 / 0.95
= 120.7 KVA.
150 kva generator will be more than enough
