Explanation :
1:6 ratio of mortor for brick work,
Means (1 cement : 6 sand)
For cement :
Density of cement x 1/7 =?
For sand. :
Density of sand x6/7=?

For cement density = 1440 kg/m3
For sand demsity = 1600 kg/m3
