First of all every induction motor has a fixed Tem, i.e. Maximum Torque and to deliver 2000 watt of power a motor has to produce corresponding torque (Power=Torque* rpm). And N=120*f/P so rpm can be at max 3000 with 2 pole machine. So to develop 2000 watt of power it is the requirement of torque rather than simply the speed.

Can you tell me more about pu systems (per unit systems )calculation in large power systems? how to get the base for voltage and power in generator, transformator and transmission lines?
