Explain Analog and Digital signals?
Answer / kingshuk dey
Digital signals: They are wither ON or OFF state. That is 0 or 1. Like if a lamp is glowing or not.
Analog signal is a range of values that lie between ON and OFF. Like the position of gate between the "OPEN" and "CLOSE" position. Like, 45 degrees open. So the signal is between 4 to 20 mili-amps normally (4 amps is FULLY OPEN and 20 amps is FULLY CLOSED). 4 amps corresponding to 0% and 20 amps for 100%.
