why we generate 11kv power supply in generating station?
Answer / vinay vishwakarma
When the first electric battery or generation came that was 1.1 v and then all the generation of electricity has a multiple of 1.1 V which is also known as Form factor. That is why 11 KV is generated in power station and machine also become big. i.e. why it is simple and reliable supply for power system.
