63.5 ohm NGR is connected with our gas engine genrator running at 500 rpm, 50 hz and synched with WAPDA at 6.3 KV bus voltages, 2500A and 25KA(1 sec). can some one give me proper calculations how it comes 63.5ohm?????

Hyyy....
Here your phase volt is 6.3 kV means ur ngr side volt is 6.3 kv .
The fault current is 100 amp duering abnormal condition at ngr side..
So the resistance value is as below
R=V/I
R=6.3/100
=63ohm
